ADOPTION PENDING!

My name is Lucy and I am truly the sweetest female Boxer you will ever meet. Even more so, I have the best underbite and a tail that is endearing. Unfortunately, my last family had to surrender me. But I know they made the right decision, as they wanted me to have a family that had more time to devote to my needs. Well, exercise and love of course. I don't display any other issues that appear to need attending. The bummer of the situation is that my housemate Tucker and I are living in separate foster homes. I do miss him and hope to find a forever home that we can both go to.

Well - what can I say. I am pretty darn near perfect. Well... that is what my foster mom says. I love to play and cuddle with my foster brother. We get along great. I am very well socialized and enjoy going to the dog park. I am learning to come every time I am called, because sometimes I can get distracted. My foster family started bringing treats to the park so I have an incentive to return every time they want me to. But - when I am at home I respond to all sorts of commands. Come, sit, stay, leave it, off, and well, of course - KISSES! I even get along with the two cats here. One of the cats even comes and sits next to me. I have no problem sharing the house with them. I am gentle enough that I think I could go to a home with children of almost any age. Although I have Boxer energy, I am very gentle. But - my foster mom wanted me to tell you that I do have a tail that wags ALL the time and sometimes if I get it really going, it can sting a little. Maybe a surprise for tiny children.

I really do hope to find a home with Tucker. We certainly love each other and already have a special bond. We kinda take care of each other! All we need is our human(s)!
